ELIGIBILITY

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in it's original condition, unused and with original packaging and tags intact.

RETURN PROCESS

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return if the item is unused with the original tags still attached and in the original condition it was delivered in.
  • Contact our customers service team at support@hilyfe.company to request a return authorisation.
  • Please provide your order number, the reason for return and any relevant details about the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Wait for instructions and a return authorisation from our team, including the return address.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.

REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting them, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund, or resend you a replacement item, as per your preference.
  • For all other eligible returns, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
