Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to pre-orders of the Cray Shorts and Cray Hoodie from HILYFE.

What's a pre-order?

You're paying now to reserve a unit from our next production batch. The item isn't in stock yet - it's being shipped.

When will my order ship?

The current batch is estimated to dispatch on or before 19 June 2026. We'll send tracking the day it goes out.

If anything delays the batch, we'll email you. If you'd rather not wait, just reply and we'll refund you in full.

When am I charged?

At the time you place your order. Paying upfront locks in your unit and helps us forecast the batch. Prices are in AUD and include GST. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout - it won't change later.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes - you can cancel for any reason any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full within 5 business days. Just email us with your order number.

Once your order has been dispatched, normal returns apply, along with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

When might HILYFE cancel an order?

We may cancel and fully refund your order before dispatch if there was an obvious pricing or description error on the listing, if we can't produce your unit in the batch (for example, a fabric shortage), if we suspect fraud or payment issues, or if you're in a region we don't ship to.

What if something out of our control happens?

Things like fires, floods, supplier failure, freight delays or pandemic disruption can push back production. If something like this stops us fulfilling your pre-order, we'll contact you to either extend the dispatch window or refund you.

What about shipping times?

Once your parcel is with our courier, delivery is out of our hands. Estimated delivery dates come from the courier and can change based on their network, weather, customs or other factors. We'll pass on tracking updates as we get them, but we can't be responsible for courier delays.

Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you when the courier picks it up.

What do you need from me?

Please make sure the shipping address, email and phone number on your order are correct. Because pre-orders sit between order and dispatch for a while, let us know at support@hilyfe.company if anything changes before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to a wrong address you gave us.

What if I have a problem?

Email us first at support@hilyfe.company with your order number - we usually reply within 2 business days. Please don't raise a chargeback with your bank before talking to us; it slows resolution down, and if the chargeback turns out to be invalid you may be liable for the fees we incur.
