EOFY Sale Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed during our End of Financial Year (EOFY) sale, including discounted, promotional, and preorder items. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. 

Returns & Exchanges on Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind on sale items.

We are happy to offer a size exchange on sale items, subject to availability:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will offer store credit to the value of the item.
  • Return shipping for size exchanges is at the customer's cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Times

All dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Order volumes are higher during the EOFY sale, so dispatch and delivery may take longer than usual.
  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.
  • Estimated timeframes are not grounds for cancellation, and delays do not entitle you to a refund where the item is otherwise as described.
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional Shipping Protection as a paid add-on at checkout. We strongly recommend adding it to your order.

  • When added, your order is covered against being lost in transit, damaged in transit, or stolen after delivery (e.g. a parcel marked delivered but taken from your doorstep).
  • To make a claim, contact us at support@hilyfe.company with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.
  • If your preferred item is no longer in stock, we will offer a replacement of equal value or store credit.
  • If you choose not to add Shipping Protection, HILYFE is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage once your order has been handed to the carrier. In that case, any issue will need to be pursued directly with the carrier.

Preorders

Some EOFY items are available for preorder ahead of stock arriving.

  • Estimated dispatch of preorder items is from 6 July 2026. This date is an estimate only and may change due to freight delays.
  • Orders containing preorder items will be shipped together once preorder stock arrives. If your order also includes in-stock items, the whole order will be held and dispatched as one shipment.
  • Placing a preorder secures your item; payment is taken at the time of order.
  • If the estimated dispatch date shifts significantly, we will notify you by email.
